1. Services

All work will be carried out as detailed in the written quotation or estimate provided by Taming Mother Nature Ltd. Any additional work requested by the client that falls outside the agreed scope will be charged separately

2. Quotations & Pricing

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on site conditions at the time of quotation. Should unforeseen circumstances or additional works arise, extra charges may apply. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as follows:

• 10% deposit payable to secure the booking (partially non-refundable to cover quotation visits and administration costs) 
• 40% payable on the first day of the project 
• 40% payable at the start of week two of the project 
• Final 10% balance payable upon completion of the project 

Failure to make payments in accordance with these terms may result in work being suspended until payment is received.

4. Access & Site Safety

The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property throughout the project. Pets must be secured, and access to water and electricity must be available where required.

Where a driveway or access area is being landscaped, the client is responsible for arranging alternative parking until the works are completed.

5. Underground Services

The client is responsible for identifying and clearly marking the location of any underground services, including utilities, drainage systems, irrigation pipes, and electrical cables. The Company accepts no liability for damage to unmarked or incorrectly identified services.

6. Plants & Living Materials

Plants, turf, and other living materials are supplied without guarantee unless otherwise confirmed in writing. The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from weather conditions, pests, disease, poor soil conditions, or inadequate aftercare.

7. Finishing & Site Clearance

Upon completion of the works, the site will be cleared of all associated waste and building materials and left in a tidy condition. Clearance, waste removal, and muck-away costs are included within the quotation unless otherwise stated.

8. What the Quoted Price Includes

Unless otherwise specified, the quoted price includes all labour, materials, machinery hire, skips, haulage, delivery charges, and waste disposal costs required to complete the agreed works.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects the client’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. All work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.

10. Weather Delays

Works may be delayed, paused, or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12. Acceptance

Acceptance of a quotation, payment of a deposit, or allowing work to commence constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
