By using our services, you agree to these simple terms:

1. Services

We provide a full range of garden maintenance services, which can be scheduled as weekly, bi-weekly, or every 4 weeks, depending on your needs.

Visits are billed based on duration: 4, 6, 8, or 16 billable hours, depending on the size and scope of work.

Services may include:

  • Lawn care – mowing, edging, blowing, and strimming
  • Weeding – borders, beds, and paved areas
  • Pruning & shaping – shrubs, hedges, low-level trees, and topiary
  • Hedge cutting – formal and informal hedges
  • Turning over borders & herbaceous plant splitting
  • Dead heading – flowers and plants
  • Chemical spraying – weed and pest control
  • Drain / Atco clearance
  • Gutter clearance
  • Jet-washing – patios, drives, and hardstanding areas

Friendly Note:

  • We aim to provide the same gardener for your regular visits.
  • Occasionally, due to sickness, holidays, or emergencies, this may change—but your garden will always be cared for to the same high standard.
  • Sometimes, due to illness, we may need to cancel at short notice, but we will try to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
  • If a gardener is sent away by the client without good reason, fees for that visit will still apply.

2. Costs & Payment

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  • Extra work may cost more and be confirmed before starting.
  • Payment is due on completion / on receipt of invoice.
  • Interest will be added to late payments.
  • Where payment remains outstanding and we are required to instruct a third-party debt recovery agency or commence legal proceedings, the client shall be liable for all reasonable costs incurred in recovering the debt, including statutory interest, recovery fees, court costs, and legal expenses, as permitted under UK law.

3. Access & Safety

  • Please provide safe access to your garden.
  • Inform us of hazards, pets, or sensitive plants.
  • Keep children and pets away while we work.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Stopping Services

  • Cancel at least 48 hours / 2 days in advance to avoid fees.
  • Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled visit will incur 50% of the visit fee.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before the visit will incur the full visit fee, except in discretionary circumstances (e.g., emergencies or serious illness).
  • Bad weather, emergencies, or illness may require rescheduling—we’ll notify you promptly.
  • Stopping our services requires 30 days’ notice in writing, preferably by email.

5. Liability

  • We are fully insured.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, weather, pests, or items left in the work area.

6. Complaints

  • Report issues within 7 days.
  • We will resolve complaints quickly and professionally.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms occasionally; the latest version will always apply.
